Dish Network offers premium packages from Home Box Office, Cinemax, Showtime, and Starz. Price is currently the same for all the packages (except HBO which is $1.00 / month more) with a discount for subscribers who take multiple packages. $10.99 for one ($11.99 for HBO), $19.99 for two ($20.99 if one is HBO), $28.99 for three, and $35.99 for all four. Annual prices are $121 (HBO $132), $220 (w/HBO $231), $319, and $396 respectively.
