Dish 300
Single slot 18" x 19.5" DBS dish that can pick up programming from one DBS satellite location at a time. DBS locations for Dish are 61.5°, 110°, 119°, 129°, 148° and (not used) 157°.
Dish 500
A two slot 18" x 20" DBS dish designed to pick up 110° and 119° simultaneously. However it can be used to pick up 119° and 129° or just one satellite location like 61.5° or 148°.
Dish 500AK
Designed for use in Alaska. (more info needed here)
Dish 500H
A two slot 32" x 31" DBS dish designed to pick up 110° and 119° simultaneously. Cannot use the Twin or Quad because the LNBs must be spaced farther apart for the look angle from Hawaii compared to the mainland.  Uses the same reinforcement struts as the SuperDISH.
Dish 500HW
A two slot 31.5" x 34.3" DBS dish designed to pick up 119° and 129° simultaneously. Cannot use the Twin or Quad because the LNBs must be spaced farther apart for the look angle from Hawaii compared to the mainland.  Uses reinforcement struts. For HD customers. First use 11-11-09. Dish 500 PR
A 30" dish for 110° only for Puerto Rico.
Dish 1000
A three slot DBS dish designed to pick up 110°, 119° and 129° simultaneously. This dish can be used to pick up 129° and 148° simultaneously.
Dish 1000.2
Slightly larger than a Dish 1000, its integrated head unit has 3 LNBs (110°, 119° and 129°), an input for a 4th LNB, and DP Plus switching to 3 receiver outputs.
Dish 1000.4 for Eastern Arc
Similar in concept to the 1000.2, the EA dish is a bit larger yet. The 3-LNB head unit (with 4th LNB input and DPP switching for 3 receivers) for 61.5°, 72.7° and 77° is unique to the EA dish due to LNB spacing and a different mounting bracket. The 1000.4 is also being used in the WA with a 110°/119°/129° 3-LNB head that has different spacing and mountng bracket from the 1000.2's.
Dish 1000.5 for Eastern Arc
Uses the larger Plus Dish with EA Repoint kit for improved reception in some EA markets.
Plus Dish 500+/1000+
Same as the Dish 1000 in function but about 5" larger and can pick up the 118.75° FSS location. As a 500+ it picks up 110°, 118.75° and 119°.  Adding an LNB for 129° makes it a 1000+. The original version required an external switch; a 500+ LNB assembly with integrated switch became available 2/11.
SuperDISH
Tailgater
Released Aug 2011. Portable enclosed dish that automatically aims to 110°, 119° and 129°. Requires a 211k receiver with at least L499 software.
TurboHD
Logo appears on the Dish 1000.2 and the Dish 1000.4.

Measurements may vary depending on method (face only, including the flange) and possibly production runs.
