Dish Network offers two premium programming services to Alaska and Hawaii, Home Box Office and Showtime. Price is $11.99 per month for HBO or $132 annually, price for Showtime is $10.99 per month or $121 annually. Both packages may be combined for a monthly fee of $20.99 or $231 annually.

UPDATE
Beginning 7/1/02 all premium programming available at the 119° location will be available to Alaska Subscribers. Once Echostar 8 is launched and tested, all premium programming will be available to Alaska subs.
Currently all premium programming is available to Hawaii Subs.
